Oppo is preparing to expand its A-series lineup, with the upcoming Oppo A79 5G model. Details about the smartphone’s features and specifications have started appearing on many certification sites. Here’s what we know so far.
Fresh out of the rumor mill, the Oppo A79 5G has started appearing on platforms like NBTC, IMDA, FCC, and TUV Rhein land. Its appearance on the Camera FV5 website adds to the journey. Given that Oppo launched the A78 5G earlier this year, all signs point to the A79 5G being its clear successor.
Notably, the NBTC listing labeled “Oppo A79 5G” and model number CPH2557 for the device. The nod from TUV Rhein land seems to confirm the handset’s juice-filled 4,880mAh battery (which can go up to 5,000mAh) paired with 33W fast charging.
